AGENDA FOR THE
CONNECTICUT SONGWRITING AND PERFORMANCE CONFERENCE
(The
exact schedule will be finalized closer to event time, as performance
slots and additional workshops are filled in. )
There will be multiple activities
occurring at each time block, which attendees may select from, and
plenary sessions to bring everyone together. The critique panel will be
be able to provide specific, constructive feedback and analysis on songs
and works-in-progress, as well as demonstrate how to effectively give
constructive objective feedback. The informal discussion time with
presenters will allow attendees to ask questions,discuss topics, and
interact with presenters in more breadth or depth. The performances will
be all original music and will highlight a range of styles and degrees
of proficiency, while providing a forum for writers to share their work
with a receptive audience. The vendor/exhibitor tables will provide an
opportunity to see and discuss a range of useful information, products
and services. |

Professional educators who attend this event may
receive CEU's based on the number of full hours of sessions attended. To receive credits, sessions must be signed-in/signed out as
per standard CEU guidelines. For more information on getting your CEU

Professional educators who register may bring up
to three students at no cost (except for meals). Additional students
may attend at a student registration rate of $20 for all events, plus
$12 for meals. Professional educators and students who register for
the conference will receive a $15 discount off the regular membership
rate to the
Connecticut Songwriters
Association. if you decide to
